Prep time: 15 minutes
Bake time: 11–13 minutes
Yields: About 2 dozen cookies
Baking Tip: If you want an even deeper coconut flavor, try lightly toasting your flaked coconut in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes before folding it into the dough. Just let it cool down first so it doesn’t melt your chocolate chips!
